Sharing on 10A Anniversary Outreach:
I worked up on Sat morning with a runny nose. Thought it would get better but still the same after lunch. Usually I don’t take medication but pray for God’s healing. I felt better after a short nap. However, I was sneezing a lot when the program started. Nevertheless, I still reported at the car park at 8:30pm as I was asked to help serve food. The staff I/C for food then approached me and asked that I be excused since I was not well.
So I went back to L2 and shortly there was an altar call. The old lady whom Cerina helped to usher in came into my mind and I approached her. Thank God she is a Teochew and I asked if she wants to invite Jesus into her life. She had a few questions and I assured her they are not an issue but more important is the peace and joy we need. Praise God, she agreed to repeat after my prayer (in Teochew!) I am surprised she is very open despite being 84 years old.
I went home still a bit sick but joyful of this salvation. The next morning I woke up with no symptom of a runny nose. During the sermon, I thought it is God’s arrangement that I fall sick so that I can reach out to this elderly. I also shared with SP and he said: God’s divine appointment.
Hallelujah, all glory to Him!!

Wow!!! This is amazing! Praise God for another saved soul. Thank you Jesus. I always wished I have salvation stories to share… Please pray that I can be more productive for the Lord’s Kingdom.

I have shared the amazing harvest that God had provided on last Saturday to my groups of email friends from other churches. I know that they are impressed and encouraged by the move of God.
I have invited some of them who may have friends who live in Hougang. I do not anyone attended. I hope that they will feedback to me.
Keep up the spirit.

I happen to make a mistakes of sending of unrelated photos to my brother. I think that he is a petty man and the whole world (relatives) are aware of it. The whole series of SMS to and fro and I find it waste of time.
Waste of time. Waste of time.
I will release this nonsensical exchanges to God.
My wife always tell that I cannot accept the truth that they no longer as their family. I told my wife many times that the real truth is that they cannot accept the fact that I am always their eldest brother and always my mother’s son. I am not hurt as have released it to God and I get over it. My wife is the one who accept the fact that no matter what they said or action will never change the real truth I am their brother (flesh and blood) and nothing can change that fact.
They can deny it.
My wife need more ministering time to get over it completely.
Please pray for my wife and me so that no attacks from my siblings and mother will change that we are the sons of God and we belongs to God no matter how much they deny it.

Desmond,
It’s good that you know your firm position in Christ. Nothing can ever take that away from us. Jesus loves us whether we know it or not, care or not, love back or not, etc… Keep your eyes on the Cross. One day, your siblings will also come to know and accept the Lord. Let’s believe it!
I leave you with this verse from Acts16:31
31They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”
