The cell group rejoiced and welcome the arrival of little Wesley at Mt Alvernia Hospital. Instead of our usual meeting place, we decided to see the happy parents at the delivery ward.

Baptism Service – Sunday 28th Oct 2007
We celebrated the water baptism of about 40 people at Church yesterday. 2 of them are our dearest sisters from our cell group, Katherine and Gwen!! Here are some pictures of their and joyful moments… (click on each photo to enlarge)
Women’s Gathering
Our ladies were so blessed on the 13th Oct 2007! They got together (without the men!) and had a great time in Chilli Padi for high-tea. As you can see from the pictures below, they had great fun and good food.

Cell Group Bonding…
Hi everyone, just a reminder… Oct is REST MONTH, so we won’t be having cell mtgs. But pls book the evening of Fri, 26 October for our CELL BONDING.
We are having a poolside BBQ at David & Katherine’s place. Will get back to you with more details closer to the date… Watch this space!

Prayer Requests?
Dear friends,
Do you believe in the power of prayer? I mean, do you REALLY believe that prayer changes things? When was the last time you seriously committed something to the Lord and left Him to sort it out (while you release it totally)? Let’s try and do it today. Bring something to the Lord now and allow God to work things out in His ways, and in His time.

Mooncake Blessings
Our cell group went out to our respective block of flats to bless the residents with boxes of yummy mooncakes. We will also invite them to the Mid-Autumn Festival event at church on Sat 29th Sept @ 7:30pm. We pray that many lives and residents will be blessed and come to know our Lord Jesus as we bring these blessings to them.
